Actually I'm a licensed Residential and Commercial Remodeling Contractor which is a bigger license than roofing alone. Like an accountant being able to act as a book keeper. Though our specialty is in the applications of coatings. Thus we paint and also apply patches and coatings to repair flat roofs.
